Pawel Knap is a Sydney lawyer with extensive experience in family law, commercial and business law. He has gained this experience internationally, as well as in Australia, working as the commercial advisor for one of the leading franchisees. Pawel was an active member of the legal team at Drexler Litigation Lawyers that was successful in the recent High Court case of Gnych v Polish Club Limited [2015] HCA 23. He is also fluent in Polish and Russian, which enables him to assist clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
He graduated from The College of Law Sydney with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GDLP) and received his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Western Sydney University. He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and The High Court of Australia.
